Excellent service by Mr. Prasanta Shrestha. It was a last minute booking to Ktm. I tried lots of travel agents but everyone said there were no tickets available for the dates i wanted to travel, being festive season. I have recently bought Air tickets by Leena Shrestha at Buddha Travels. Getting her services was a wonderful experience. She is very professional and helpful, always listens to you patiently and tries to help you as much as she can. As long as she is working here, I won’t use any other travel agency for buying my overseas tickets. Hi Leena, please keep it up! Overall, I am really impressed by Buddha Travels’ customer service staff. I also bought tickets from this travel agency last year and because of their good service I chose them again. But this year they were beyond my expectations. Ticket rates are also comparable to other travelling agencies. In fact, the rates are lesser than the others.
